European technology studio
Signal, from the noise.
Synvi is a European technology studio. We design applied-AI systems, build them on infrastructure you can locate and trust, and advise the teams who run them.
What we do Most software assumes the world arrives tidy. It doesn't. The problems worth solving — the right engineer for a team, a model whose judgement you can defend, sensitive data that never leaves home — all begin in the mess. Synvi is built for the mess.
Understand,
don't tag.
We build engines that read unstructured information — CVs, notes, documents, signals — and turn it into structured, queryable knowledge. Not keyword matching. A working grasp of level, context, and how technologies relate.
Know where
it lives.
Where your data and models run is a decision, not a default. We architect on European, sovereign cloud foundations — so records, pipelines, and inference stay under a jurisdiction you can name and control.
Change
the outcome.
Technology only matters when it moves a number. We work alongside teams — from first architecture through funding and go-to-market — translating ambition into systems that ship and pay for themselves.
How we work
Five commitments that shape everything we build.
Start in the unstructured.
The value hides in messy text, notes, and signals. We begin there — not after someone else has cleaned it up.
Understand, don't tag.
Keywords miss meaning. Our systems read for level, context, and relationship, the way an experienced person would.
Sovereign by default.
Where data and models sit is deliberate, on European foundations you can name — not an accident of the cheapest region.
Balance accuracy and speed.
A perfect answer that arrives too late helps no one. We tune for the point where precision and pace both hold.
Own the whole arc.
From first structuring to long after go-live, we build for the full life of the work — not just the demo.
Flagship — in development
Synvi Recruitment Intelligence
Our first platform reads an IT candidate base the way a senior engineer would. It turns CVs and recruiter notes — unstructured, inconsistent, human — into a structured map of real competence, then matches people to work by genuine understanding of technology, not keywords.
Reads the relationships between technologies, not just their names — so a match reflects a real stack, not a coincidence of tags.
Language-model analysis estimates true skill level from what a person actually did, rather than the labels they claimed.
Technology, industry experience, ways of working, and location are weighed together — the full shape of a fit.
The whole base is assessed quickly, holding the balance between depth of analysis and the speed a recruiter needs.

Capabilities
✦Applied AI & NLP
Reading unstructured text for meaning — extracting structure, intent, and level from language that was never meant to be a database.
✦LLM systems & evaluation
Language models put to real work, with judgement you can measure, guardrails you can defend, and behaviour you can explain.
✦Sovereign cloud architecture
European infrastructure designed so that data, models, and inference stay exactly where you decide — by design, not by promise.
✦Data & knowledge engineering
Turning scattered records into structured, queryable knowledge that downstream products and people can actually rely on.
✦Product & platform engineering
Taking an idea from working prototype to a platform that scales — reliable, observable, and ready for real users.
✦Strategy & funding advisory
From technical roadmap to grant strategy and go-to-market — the plan that turns a capable system into a viable business.
